IS REDEX RED SCAM?

Let's take a little review on this new online opportunity from the company Redex Red Ltd which they claim that it is registered in London.

It says from their website once you open their homepage with a question "What you Get?
By registering and becoming partner of RedeX, you get access to a global Internet Business opportunity with best elements of network marketing of XXI century, business whereas all your actions result in best possible outcome for you."

You need to invest with the amount of 0.005BTC to activate your account and before you get the reward of 0.16BTC you need to have 62 people under you before you go to the next level, so its like trying to accumulate 0.31BTC for your first level before you get paid.

Seriously? A great example of a Pyramid Scheme, promising a share to be taken from every recruit he can bring into the company. A reason it can be classified as SCAM!

Basically when you try to google their company, you will come up with some sort of Russian language just beside it.

What is suspicious is there are no details about the company where you can look into when you try to access their site.

It only consists of the homepage tab, rdxcoin wallet, login, registration and underneath their page are the terms and conditions, privacy policy all in Russian.

They have their what so called certificate of incorporation with Company Number 9996348 but if you try to look deeper it seems any one can get such certificate. Try to look into CompaniesHouse here and check it yourself  as I made a screenshot of its status.

It says on its company status as "Dissolved" and if you search what it means this is what you get: Dissolution is usually voluntary by the members (shareholders) if they have no further use for the company. Source here

A trusted company who post their certificate on their website must at least have a complete office address and contact numbers like this example here.

Once a company is dissolved it cease to exist as a legal entity. Based from the Companies House itself effectivity is by July 18, 2017.

Try also to read on company strike off as a means of inexpensive way of dissolving a company (here).

If they are really a legit company as early as of May 2, 2017 they already have a notice of compulsory strike off from the Companies House as shown below. A very good indication that they are about to run away with your hard earned money via bitcoins.

Before you can complete your platform 1 level with 62 people under you, they will run away with your money including those invites you have before you get your reward, what more if you made multiple accounts to fastrack your level, the more you will lose your hard earned bitcoins.

Try to check the officers behind this where a 44, 34, and 21 years old CEO officers with nationality of Portugese and Ukrainian.

You may research on Oleksandr Kovalchuk with some inconsistencies on his birthdate and the company Redex Red is not included once you try to use on companycheck website.

When you check their website registration their name is set to private without real contact numbers that you can call to. Check them out at www.whois.com site to confirm.

Again you can find such registrations typical to those companies mentioned by scamwarners.com (here) who try to hide their identity and without any contact details. What you only get is this kind of photo of their physical address being promoted from their video presentations  without the physical office itself but just the building.

Sad part is there are still groups trying to promote and inviting others to become members from this fraud company.

If you try to look for reviews from other sites like netbusinessrating.com you will also get the same result which is "SCAM", read more here.

Here's another site where it monitors this kind of hyips at easyhyip.com
Another classic example of scam sites like Phenix Bit using the company number of a legit MICHAEL-MICHAELS (ADVERTISING) LIMITED from companies house certificate.

Fake certificate by Phenix Bit
When you try to check at companieshouse.gov.uk  owned by Michael-Michaels

Final say is to stay away from these types of ponzi schemes making big promises of returns but will only run away with your hard earned money.

Don't forget to share to warn others! Thanks!
